As a company, we believe in giving back to the communities we serve. Whether through volunteering our time, providing support, or partnering with organizations that make a difference, we are committed to supporting worthy causes and those who dedicate themselves to helping others.

Over the years, we have been proud to partner with our student tenants and local organizations to support a variety of meaningful community causes.

For too long, philanthropy has been associated with great wealth and large monetary donations. But the truth is, making a difference doesn't always require great wealth—it requires a willingness to help. The contributions of everyday people, through their time, talents, generosity, and compassion, can have a tremendous impact.
